By accessing or using Codrenix Toolbox (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides free online tools, including a Resume Builder, a Cover Letter Generator, and PDF, image, and document utilities such as merge, split, compress, rotate, protect/unlock, OCR, and format conversion. Tools run in your browser and do not require an account.

3. Privacy & File Handling

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Importantly, files you upload are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to, stored on, or shared through our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose (for example, that a converted PDF preserves all formatting). You use the tools at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codrenix Toolbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Service may include advertising and links to third-party sites (including Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Advertising is served subject to your cookie-consent choice.

9. Termination & Availability

We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time and without notice — for example, for maintenance, to add new tools, or to address misuse. We may also restrict access for anyone who violates these terms.
